Belplast isothermal insulation is the top system for refrigerated distribution.

Molded panels with vacuum technology, which feature sandwich structure in fiberglass and polyurethane foam, guarantees unique performance. They can be installed on ANY commercial vehicle and thanks to the exclusive Fit to Shape assembly system, combined with the specific design of the components, they allow to maximum load capacity. Materials and the controlled temperature guarantee the safe transport of food, such as meat, fish, milk and dairy products, fruit and vegetables, pastry, catering, medicines, flowers and plants.

MEAT TRANSPORT

Robust accessories and special reinforcements on the walls and roof ensure to transport even the heaviest hanging loads in maximum safety. Specially designed features, such as roof rails with stainless steel hooks and stainless steel wall pipes, make the van suitable for transporting meat.

A VERSATILE AND DURABLE STRUCTURE

Robust but contained structure: all the panels that make up the Belplast isothermal insulation kits, are molded with vacuum system and are composed of a fiberglass sandwich and polyurethane foam, with reinforcements provided in the most stressed part by the cargo. The panels have an average standard thickness of 90 mm.

The exclusive Fit to Shape system allows the panels to be easily placed inside the van and to be assembled with a perfect joint between panels, greatly reducing cold losses. This is possible thanks to the attention paid during the design phase of the kits, as well as the use of a modern CAD-CAM for the shaping of the panels.
